Patrick Kane Makes History as a New York Rangers That Puts Him in The Legend Category
When history looks back on the Patrick Kane Jonathan Toews era of the Chicago Blackhawks, it will be viewed as a time when a team that was down and out a few years prior ended up being restored to greatness and giving their fanbase many seasons to cheer for.
During those years Patrick Kane gave hawk fans something to be proud of and has accomplished something that will cement him in the history books as the legend of all US players.
The 34-year-old right winger has scored fifty points in a season for the 16th time in his career. He is now in sole possession of this record passing Mike Modano for most seasons of the US hockey player.
During his tenure with the Blackhawks, he played 1161 games, and scored 446 goals, with 779 assists for 1225 points. He holds 3 Stanley Cup rings from the years 2010, 2013 and 2015 and also won the Conn Smythe trophy in the playoffs of 2013.
The word legend certainly comes to mind when describing this player.
