It was a rough practice for the Blackhawks' top two goaltenders, today, as Alex Stalock reportedly took a couple pucks straight to the mask, and Petr Mrazek took one to the neck. Mrazek was down for a minute, clearly in discomfort, and ended up leaving practice early.

Luckily, after Charlie Roumeliotis spoke with Coach Richardson, it sounds like Mrazek did not sustain any serious injury, and will not miss any game time. The coach was quoted on Charlie's Twitter as saying, «I didn't see it. I just saw him in the hallway. He looked fine. He probably wanted to get out of practice early.»
Clearly spirits are still high.

In regards to other injuries, Captain Jonathan Toews is still in his gym workout phase, and has not yet progressed to the ice, which is disheartening. There does not seem to be a timeline for that, either, so it's probably safe to assume we won't see him again until next season.

Anders Bjork and Austin Wagner won't be available for tomorrow's game against Boston, but if they get cleared to skate, they might be able to join the team on their upcoming 5-game road trip, which starts Thursday, in Nashville.

Finally, Cole Guttman has been ruled out for the rest of the season due to shoulder injury. Surgery is needed and he is on his way to Los Angeles to get it taken care of. He is believed to have sustained the injury back in November, and re-aggravated it in February against San José.
