The Best Pat Foley Calls of His 39-Year Career as a Blackhawk
Pat Foley sadly announced his last National Hockey League game on April 14th when the Chicago Blackhawks faced off against the San Jose Sharks at home. This was a sad day for the Blackhawks franchise, but what most were not aware of was that Eddie Olczyk would soon be out the door as well- breaking up a true loving bond between the two Chicago broadcasters.
Pat Foley has spent 39 years with a whopping 40+ seasons underneath his belt of calling games for the Chicago Blackhawks, making a reputable name for himself and gaining love as a fan favourite. He went out with a bang, and did a couple of his most famous calls before officially retiring, on April 14th, let's take a look at the final moments of his last broadcast.
He will be missed for his high energy and enthusiastic play-by-play calls, as well as being able to call some of the best Chicago Blackhawks plays in HISTORY!
