The Chicago Blackhawks franchise has taken a all-time worst hit for the past few seasons, with the trading of Alex DeBrincat it topped everything off. Considering the type of trade rumours surrounding Alex DeBrincat over these last few weeks, Blackhawks fans were quite disappointed with the return received- and it was no where close to what the rumours sounded like..
Even the City of Chicago was no where close to happy about the move, and they even commented on the Blackhawks social media page saying "L" after the Hawks revealed they traded DeBrincat to the Seantors.
The Blackhawks did make a good draft selection from the pick they received from trading DeBrincat, but time will have to truly show who won that trade.
