Though both goaltenders that are with Chicago at the moment are unrestricted free agents after the season, one should not be looked at for an extension. Colin Delia has never had consistency in the AHL, NHL, and flat out stunk in a short stint in the ECHL.

His save percentage at its highest is a 26 game AHL run where he posted a .922, with a 2.48 Goals Against Average. This was also 3 seasons ago. In the big league, he's never posted a shutout or save percentage over 91%.
At 27, Colin Delia has given Chicago all he can, and Kyle Davidson has to make this team younger. He should not consider Delia for extension.
