Two 6 foot 6 players go fist for fist during last nights Blackhawks game
The Chicago Blackhawks were left with many holes to fill after general manager Kyle Davidson decided to trade away Alex DeBrincat and Kirby Dach, as well as he made the decision to not re-sign Dylan Strome, Dominik Kubalik, Calvin De Haan and several others who were on the Blackhawks roster as full-time players last season.
The highlight to the Blackhawks off-season was quite underwhelming, throughout all the departures, the Blackhawks only brought in a few 'fillers'' to fill the void for the 22-23 season.
Max Domi, Jack Johnson, Andreas Anthanasiou and Jarred Tinordi were four 'bigger'' acquisitions by the Blackhawks, and a few of those names have became fan facourites very quickly.
Max Domi and Jarred Tinordi in particular, both play a gritty game and will never back down from throwing a body check or standing up for their teammates, which was shown last night.
Jarred Tinordi laid a massive body check on a Dallas Star, which left the broadcasting announcers speechless.
The hit was very large and resulted in a fight, Tinordi being 6 foot 6 and 230lbs was expecting to outmatch the opponent dropping the gloves, until it came to realization that the Dallas Stars bigger player (same size as Tinordi) decided to drop the gloves for a heavyweight tilt.
