Zdeno Chara's Emotional Return to Boston Took Place Today
Long time defenseman for the Boston Bruins, Zdeno Chara, made his return to Boston the other night after retiring this past offseason.
The Bruins greeted him with a wonderful tribute to the legacy that he left in Boston after spending 14 years in the black and yellow.
Chara had 481 points in 1,023 games played for Boston, but he was know for his dominating physical presence on the ice.
His size and skill helped him to establish himself as one of the best Bruins defenders to play the game.
