"The Chicago Blackhawks and general manager Stan Bowman continue to make some pretty big noise during the 2021 offseason. After landing Caleb and Seth Jones to bolster up their defense and moving out Duncan Keith, Bowman has landed the Hawks a new starting goalie. Vegas Golden Knights goalie Marc-Andre Fleury is now a member of the Blackhawks. It's a trade that's been in the works for a week or so and ended up being not even a trade at all. The Hawks will land Fleury for nothing, literally nothing but will take on his full salary as no salary has been retained. More details to come.
