The Chicago Blackhawks are currently searching for a new team president after firing John McDonough. We've heard some suggestions recently which included former Hawk Eddie Olczyk. Current Blackhawk Patrick Kane was asked for his suggestion and while it wasn't Olczyk, he also suggested a former Blackhawk. It might not be for president, but Kane would like to see Patrick Sharp back with the Hawks in the front office. «I thought maybe he'd be trying to get in with the team somewhere, whether it was scouting or trying to get into the front office,» Kane said. «I could see him doing that even to this day. Maybe that's a stepping stone for him maybe in the future. I wouldn't be surprised to see him in the front office at some point because I think he's pretty good at scouting players and knowing a lot about the league, too.»
Sharp is currently working as an analyst with NHL on NBC. The 38 year old played 15 seasons in the NHL and registered 620 points, 532 of those points came during his 11 seasons in Chicago. What do you think of Kane's suggestion?
