MLB national anthem singer reveals that she was drunk during performance
It was one of the worst performances in singing history regarding pop star Ingrid Andress' singing of the Star-Spangled Banner which she revealed today that she was completely drunk during the anthem.
After realizing what she had done, she had gone to social media to apologize to Major League Baseball and the fan base. She then stated that she will be checking herself into rehab as she's battling with alcoholism.
This was just prior to the Home Run Derby which is watched by many baseball fans and likely the last time she will be singing for Major League Baseball for quite some time.
It's important to note that she is doing the right thing and getting the help she needs, and we all hope that she can come out of this on the better side and potentially could try again to sing the anthem elsewhere.
