The Chicago Blackhawks and general manager Stan Bowman have been busy during the offseason as Bowman guides the team through a rebuild. Of course if the Hawks want a true rebuild and blow things up, the Hawks would be smart to trade Patrick Kane who easily carries the most value on the roster. It's not something you want to see happen, but would really help build prospect depth. Scott Powers of The Athletic spoke to some executives around the league to find out what kind of value Kane could fetch in a trade. Powers' source says the Hawks could get a first round pick and a top 'A' prospect or a first and a couple of second round picks. While Kane carries a salary cap hit of $10.5million per season for the next three years, his actual salary is just $7million, $6.9million and $6.9million. If Kane were willing to waive his no movement clause would you give Kane up for this?
