Former Blackhawks Stanley Cup Champion Makes Big Coaching Move
The IIHF World Championships arrives in Ottawa, Ontario in 2025 and Hockey Canada has named it's coaching staff.
On the staff, one name in particular stands out as a former Blackhawk and former 3-time Stanley Cup Champion and Olympic gold medallist.
Brent Seabrook, will be joining the Program Of Excellent, U20 program who is returning to the program for his 2nd straight year.

Seabrook was a key piece of selecting staff for this year IIHF Team, along with Scott Salmond who is vice-president of hockey operations.
Seabrook is unable to land a coaching gig in the NHL currently, but has been working with Hockey Canada and in the WHL recently with the Vancouver Giants.
