Meredith Gaudreau speaks emotionally about Johnny, family and more following pre-game ceremony at Calgary Flames game
Meredith Gaudreau has to be one of the strongest and courageous individuals as she is fighting past the passing of brothers Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau.
She is Johnny's wife.
On Tuesday, the Calgary Flames hosted the Columbus Blue Jackets, Gaudreau's former two teams in the NHL, and a very special ceremony was held in honor of number 13 'Johnny Hockey'.
The ceremony was quite emotional as many fans were seen crying.
Meredith Gaudreau than proceeded to have an interview with Ryan Leslie, a Sportsnet reporter, where she spoke about her new tattoo in honor of the Gaudreau's, and what the city of Calgary means to her and fellow Gaudreau family members.
It's truly an emotional year for both organizations, the hockey world and more during these difficult times- but especially for Meredith and the Gaudreau Family.
