TheChicago Blackhawks rebuild marches on, and as the trade deadline approaches there are three players who could yield decent value for GM Kyle Davidson.

The Blackhawks have a mandate to build a winning team through drafting and development in the AHL. While the team looks better on paper, there's still a way to go before we can see a new dynasty take hold in Chicago.

The team doesn't have the same amount of UFA's to work with that they did last season, there are three Blackhawks who could yield a good return in March.

Who are the three Blackhawks that GM Kyle Davidson should work on moving by March?

While Hall age 33, isn't the same player who won the Hart Trophy in 2018, he could be moved for decent assets. The winger has scored 13 points in 28 games this season.

The former Hart Trophy winner may have suffered a season-ending injury last season, but he looks like he could still be a great top-nine option on a contending NHL team.

Hall could provide goal-scoring depth which the Bruins found scoring 12 points in 14 games. And if Davidson is feeling generous could retain some salary in the hope of a 2nd-round pick.

Donato has come from behind to lead the Blackhawks in goals this season with 10 and is on a 48-point pace this season.

Donato came to the Blackhawks as a gritty, fourth-line player but has stepped up his game this season. He's found himself in the top six due to his tenacity on the ice, and you can see he gives his all, every game.

He has an affordable $2 Million salary cap hit, and he could be an affordable addition for a contender who needs a versatile winger.

While Martinez is 37, he's an experienced Stanley Cup-winning defenseman. His profile is a shutdown defenseman, and can handle all situations on the ice. While Martinez was brought in to be a stopgap for Blackhawks prospects who are developing in the AHL, he's not been able to stay in the lineup due to injuries.

However, teams across the league will value his experience as a defensive defenseman, and Davidson could fetch a pick if he decides to retain a percentage of Martinez's salary as well.

The Blackhawks should consider moving the veterans with the highest trade value in order to acquire the best picks, prospects and to move salary efficiently.

Donato, and Hall should drawn the most attention early in March.
