Blackhawks Connor Bedard's Hilarious Interview After Winning Calder Trophy

Connor Bedard won the Calder Trophy in 2024, beating out Brock Faber and Luke Hughes.
The night before the NHL Draft typically is a night full of ceremony, as the league gives out awards for players who excelled in different areas on the ice and off the ice during the season.
Connor Bedard did what was expected of him during his 1st season in the NHL, achieving a 22 goal season, scoring 61 points, putting himself ahead of the New Jersey Devils Luke Hughes, and the Minnesota Wild's Calder favorite, Brock Faber.
Bedard, in Vegas would be available for the media to ask questions about winning the Trophy, undoubtedly first of many to come in the NHL.

Bedard wasn't sure about the Calder Trophy specifics and was asked about what he'd do with the Calder Trophy, which(he didn't know) goes back to the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto after Bedard's name is added to the prestigious award.
Bedard joked after learning he would receive a tiny replica of the official award, treating it as just another trinket:
R: "What are you gonna do with the trophy?"
B: "Uh, I don't know. I don't think if we keep it, I have no clue. So,
R: "I think you get that little one,"
B: "we get the little one."
R: "Yeah,"
B: "I'll put it somewhere in my room or something.I don't know yet."

Bedard is just answering based on vibes, and it's hilarious treating the Calder, just like a trophy from softball.
Even though he's a #1C in the league, he's still a kid and his response is worth a good gut laugh, does he even have a showcase? Unlikely, as he's living the bachelor lifestyle and likely is still coping as the newest member of the Foligno Family.
