Blackhawks make several significant lineup changes Sunday vs Canes
The Chicago Blackhawks have hit the ground running with top prospect, Frank Nazar.
The Center will have Jason Dickinson and Joey Anderson on the wings today, against the Carolina Hurricanes.
Jason Dickinson and Joey Anderson have been some of the Blackhawk's top even-strength players and have a strong two-way game.
So it makes sense that Head Coach Luke Richardson would want to place rookie Frank Nazar between some of the best two-way forwards to learn from.
The Blackhawks will infuse new blood into the lineup against the Carolina Hurricanes who're playoff bound, with a 51-22-7 record.
The Blackhawks are giving plenty of young players a look at the end of the season, with a 23-51-5 record, with high hopes for next season.
Colin Blackwell will be a healthy scratch, as the recently turned-pro, Nazar will play his 1st NHL game at the United Center.
Frank Nazar was selected 13th overall in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft, his ELC was signed recently, with a $950K AAV salary cap hit.
