Broadcaster Chris Vosters to force the Chicago Blackhawks to fire him?
The Chicago Blackhawks' 2023-24 season in the NHL wasn't anything exciting for fans who've been around since their early dynasty, but broadcaster Chris Vosters did not help out much either.
Blackhawks fans took to social media throughout the teams' 2023-24 season to voice their displeasure on Vosters' missed calls, mispronunciation of names and even ridiculous like comparisons.
Some even pledged for the rookie broadcaster to be let go by the organization, take a look at one of the 100's of comments on a single Reddit feed called "bad broadcasting":
While the Blackhawks haven't provided any indication that they'll be seeking a new broadcaster, Vosters may force the organization to look for one as he's landed multiple jobs this off-season in broadcasting outside of the organization.
His most online post featured two new jobs landed in one week, with Stadiumhouse and 'TheRally'
With Vosters being a lead candidate for jobs outside of the NHL club, and many fans inside the club voicing their displeasure on his play-by-play calling, this has lead to speculation about the rookie broadcaster taking a step back and parting ways with the organization to give him time to perfect his act before making it to the big leagues.
