Broadcasting legend passes away at 90 years of age
CBC has shared some sad news: Bob Cole, the beloved Hockey Night in Canada broadcaster, has passed away at 90.
For over 50 years, Bob Cole's lively voice and colorful commentary were a fixture on Saturday night hockey games.
He passed away on Wednesday night in St. John's, surrounded by his family, according to his daughter Megan, as reported by CBC Sports.
