Connor Bedard issues emotional statement when asked about his broken jaw
After returning to the NHL, Connor Bedard shared his thoughts on his injury. He described the experience as strange, mentioning numbness in his face and an uncomfortable bite.
When asked if he knew how serious his jaw injury was at first, Bedard
"It was just weird. My face was numb and stuff and my bite was off, which was kind of the only thing. They told me that it was broken, I guess."
Bedard's honesty gives insight into the challenges he faced during his recovery.
