Connor Bedard Takes Subtle Jab At Blackhawks Legend Darren Pang
The exchange between Blackhawk's legend Darren Pang, and Connor Bedard was fierce, as Bedard disrespected the analyst.
Connor Bedard was interviewed after the end of the 1st period, by CHSN Analyst Darren Pang. Pang was a former Blackhawks goalie who played 81 games in the NHL with the club.
Since his career has concluded he'd been an analyst for TNT, ESPN, TSN, and the NHL Network are just some places we've seen him call games.
Last night though, Bedard made a disrespectful comment on Pang's skills as a goalie.
You can tell after the comment he looked annoyed with the whole interaction.
Or was it just awkwardness? Either way, Bedsy is only a sophomore this season, and treating someone who you'll have to interact with is quite troubling.
Pang has seen more careers come and go in the NHL, and Bedard's is just starting so maybe he shouldn't poke the bear?
Although I can say, this is the first Connor Bedard chirp I've ever heard which roasted someone.
Compared to how weak his chirp was towards Patrick Kane, this one came from the heart it sounded like!
Not the only legend he's disrespected lately!
Connor Bedard has 24 points( 6 G, 18 A) in 29 games played this season with the Blackhawks.
Like his offensive game needs to improve, so does his verbal jousting. I don't think he'd last long on any construction site I know.
