NHL goalie, Marc Andre-Fleury has been in the since the 2005 season and is retiring after this season. Is he rethinking his decision?

Marc Andre-Fleury is known as one of the biggest jokesters in the NHL and has contributed to the game of hockey, going on 20 years now.

Fleury has played with the Minnesota Wild since 2021-2022, and this season has played 14 games with a record of 9-3-1, 2.54 GAA, and a .910 save percentage.

A return to form by all means, since his first time suiting up in a Wild uniform.

Now, on the cusp of retirement, the former Stanley Cup champion was asked by NHL Insider Michael Russo if he has considered sticking around one more year.

"No chance," said Fleury with a laugh when asked about possibly playing another season. "I can't be doing this every year, 'Oh, one more, one more.'"

His response to the question disappointed many Wild fans.

Fleury will be missed by more than just the Wild fans, as he has been a bright spot in many locker rooms, including the Blackhawks' own.

He'll be remembered for helping the Pittsburgh Penguins win multiple Stanley Cups and as a huge prankster.

Fleury got his revenge on Monday. The Wild is in Colorado to face the Avalanche Tuesday night. Duhaime went to his car after Monday's practice to find all four tires had been removed and chained to a wall. A flower bed was on the front hood, which is Fleury's nickname, and a "For Sale" sign was on the windshield. There were also a couple of hand-written notes, including one that said "Send me an apology video."

Fleury's cap hit this season is $2.5 Million AAV and his contract will expire at the end of the year. There's no telling where Fleury will land next, but he's seen the pinnacle of his career even before arriving in Vegas.

You'll be missed, Flower.
