Former Blackhawks Goalie Nikolai Khabibulin Lists Condo For Sale in River North
Retired NHL goalie, Nikolai Khabibulin signed with the Chicago Blackhawks during the 2005 season.
He signed a 4-year, $37 Million dollar deal with the Blackhawks but would fail to stay healthy or produce consistently, unfortunately. He would later sign with the Edmonton Oilers in 2009 as a free agent.
He would play four more games in the NHL in 2013 and then retired due to a hip injury.
The retired goalie has decided to move out of Chicago and list his River North High-Rise Condo, a 2,300 FT unit with 3 1/2 bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, two balconies, two bedrooms and a fancy kitchen with renovated quartz countertops.
Nikolai and his wife Victoria paid $1.76 Million for the condo in 2005 for the unit, in the Pinnacle building, facing east.
The condo's property taxes in 2024? $29,440.
The Khabibulin's own a house in Paradise Valley in Arizona, which they also bought in 2005 for $4.15 Million dollars.
