Jonathan Toews Shows Off New Incredible Physique in New Social Media Update

It was reported that Jonathan Toews earlier in the year, had sought other means of improving his health. He's accomplishing his goals.
On Jonathan Toews's Instagram, he provided us with a detailed and privileged look into his travels.
There are pictures of temples, surfing, and Toews showing off his new physique to onlookers.
You can see all the effort he's put into improving his body since he stepped away from the game in 2023.
Toews stepped away from the Blackhawks on April 13th, 2023 after GM Kyle Davidson didn't extend the former Captain's contract. The move would be another that would begin the rebuild for the team, which looks remarkably different from the last time we saw him on the ice.
He began to explore Ayurveda to treat inflammation he's endured as a result of long-covid, and chronic inflammatory response syndrome.
«It's too long of a story to share all the details here, but it's been almost (five) years of searching for a way to heal the inflammatory and immune system issues that took me out of hockey,» Toews wrote in the post. «The wisdom of Ayurveda has taught me that everything I experience, I am responsible for. Not only did it teach me better diet choices specific to my body type, it has deepened my intuitive relationship with myself and the world around me.»
While there's been no confirmation that Toews will return to the NHL ice anytime soon. His physique looks like he hasn't missed a day in the gym, and he's continued to prioritize his health.
You can't help but think, when he does there'll be multiple NHL teams in the market for a three-time Stanley Cup champion.
He looks healthy, and enjoying his time away from the ice which he's more than earned.
Toews played 1,067 NHL games and was a part of the Chicago Blackhawks dynasty in the 2010s.
He's scored 883 points( 372 G, 511 A) during his career, which was only as a Blackhawks.
Not that many NHL players have the kind of tenure that Toews had in the league.
