Luke Richardson isn't satisfied with the Blackhawk's power play, which is currently running on a 29.4% percentage which is sixth in the NHL, according to StatMuse.

However, Coach Richardson isn't satisfied with 6th in the league producing 5 power-play goals.

The team can do much, much better and he has changed up the lineup again today at practice.

On Power-Play Unit 1: Connor Bedard, Tyler Bertuzzi(bumper), Nick Foligno(net-front), and Seth Jones quarterbacking this unit.

On Unit 2: Andreas Athanasiou, Taylor Hall, Lukas Reichel(Bumper), Pat Maroon( net-front), and Alex Vlasic will serve as the quarterback here.

It is one thing to be complacent, but with the power-play, if you can improve it, you should as it is another vital role in making sure your team is good enough to last in the postseason.

The Blackhawks have had 17 total power-play opportunities this season, and have only struck five times.

They can, and should do better and this reorganization of the power-play units should help

On October 17th the Hawks iced a 2nd unit with Phillipp Kurashev, and he hasn't gotten the job done.

In his place, Andreas Athanasiou will take his spot on special teams this week.

Also missing from the 2nd unit is Alec Martinez who is currently out on injury. The Blackhawks take on the Vancouver Canucks tomorrow who by all means, want to run it back to the playoffs, and will play with purpose.

Can Luke Richardson and the Blackhawks put up a fight in the United Center once again?
