Tragic news plagues the family of former Chicago Blackhawk and Canadien Andrew Shaw
Andrew Shaw is a brother, and for those of us who didn't know Josh Shaw was a construction worker. He was a part of the crew that helped renovate Wrigley Field a while ago.
As much as the Shaw's have contributed to the Chicago sports culture, including adding Stanley Cups, and keeping Wrigley Field fresh, Josh has been struggling.
He has been facing numerous, and troubling diagnoses with no cures in sight, unfortunately.
Andrew Shaw has made a statement about the family's troubles on Instagram, regarding Josh.
However, for the Shaw's finding a long-term solution for Josh's issues will require generosity far more than they can account for at the moment.
But Josh has been facing these issues since 2022, and Andrew is hopeful that friends, fans, and strangers can come together and help make the burden a little less on Josh's family.
