New report confirms good news for Chicago Blackhawks fans

A series of polls were released from the magazine on several subjects including surprise playoff team which has shown the Blackhawks in the mix for a potential playoff spot at 3%. Another poll revealed that the Blackhawks would not be on the list of fewest points in the NHL standings.

Saying this, it's likely the Blackhawks will not make the playoffs this year, but it is an indication even though a prediction that the changes that general manager Kyle Davidson are making along with his drafting record bringing in key members including Frank Nazar, Connor Bedard, Lukas Reichel and Kevin Korchinski are beginning to make inroads into the lineup and may provide Chicago fans with more to cheer for next year.

Davidson went ahead and improved every facet of the lineup including goaltending when he landed Laurent Brossoit to help stabilize the net. On defence he went out and signed TJ Brodie, Alec Martinez.

Offensively is where he made the most impact as Tyler Bertuzzi, Teuvo Teravainen, Ilya Mikheyev, and Pat Maroon with the return of Taylor Hall gives the team more options offensively and could gel easily under head coach Luke Richardson.

Time will tell if all these players can work together and if the team can align and potentially make some noise in the standings next year.
