The tournament will take place eight days from February 12th to 20th and will take place at the TD Garden in Boston, and Bell Centre in Montreal.
One of the Blackhawks who has been tapped to represent his home country will be winger Teuvo Teravainen.
Tervainen has seen himself up and down the lineup but has been good enough to secure a spot to represent Team Finland. In 25 games this season with the Blackhawks he's core 12 points( 6 G, 6 A) with a -14.
This season saw him return to Chicago to help the struggling Blackhawks and teammate Connor Bedard.
Team Finland was one of the two teams that released their full roster today on Wednesday, December 4th.
Joining him on the roster will be Finnish juggernauts, like Aleksander Barkov, Mikael Granlund, Roope Hintz, Patrik Laine, and others on the roster.
The Four Nations Face-Off is and best on best competition which should give us an idea of what we'll see at the Winter Olympics in 2026, as the NHL has allowed players to return to international play outside of the IIHF World Championships.
Former Blackhawks taking part: Kevin Lankinen, Olli Maata, and Gustav Forslings which will be taking part in the competition.
