But can he capitalize upon the post-season momentum he built in 2024-2025?
Despite his inconsistent showing in 2023-2024 with only 16 points in 65 games in the NHL, the Blackhawks signed him for two more years, in what could be considered a bridge deal.
He will need to prove to Kyle Davidson and the Hawks that he has what it takes to play on NHL ice, and IIHF ice as international play is comparable to NHL ice.
