Detroit's Patrick Kane Shows Off Incredible Warmup Routine Before Red Wings vs Avalanche
Patrick Kane is not only a Chicago Blackhawks legend, but a legend in a lot of other categories.
He's one of, if not the best Blackhawk ever, and last night he showed off why he's one of the best ever.
Kane was standing around in warmups at the KeyBank Center when the Red Wings paid a visit to go play the Buffalo Sabres.
He decided to pick up a puck and start stick handling and dangling around with it, showing even though he's getting old, he still has it.
Even though Kane is getting a little bit of heat for not being the same Patrick Kane as he once was, it's not a surprise that age finally caught up to him.
The Red Wings made out like a bandit in Buffalo and won 6-5 in a shootout, scoring two in the third period to tie it at five and then
Dylan Larkin scoring the shootout goal to win the game for Detroit. Even though there were six goals scored and 18 points to be had on the table, Kane did not tally one.
However, that play doesn't have a reflection on how he's doing this year. At the age of 36, he has three goals and seven assists, adding up to ten points in 26 games this year, being reunited with former Blackhawk
Alex DeBrincat.
Kane was traded from the Blackhawks to the New York Rangers in 2022, officially ending the Chicago dynasty era.
Patrick is one of the most consistent playoff performers of all time, and the best, as he has 138 points in 143 career playoff games.
Detroit is nowhere near the playoffs right now, but if Kane chooses to still play, any team who is making the playoffs for the first time in a while, and has a lot of young, inexperienced players, Kane should be your first bet, because he still has it.
