Detroit Red Wings forward Patrick Kane proves once again why he is one of the best players in the game, as he shows the Calgary Flames what true defeat looks like.

With 2:11 left in the 2nd period when this was written, the Wings are up 4-0 and Patrick Kane is having an outstanding game.

Patrick Kane has 1 power-play goal and 1 assist for a 2 point game and it isn't even over yet.

Kane registered his first point of the night at 14:56, with a goal assisted by Moritz Seider and Robby Fabbri, on the power-play.

Kane's second point came at 5:12 left in the second period, with an assist for Dylan Larkin's goal.

As Kane's career resurgence continues, he is playing like Kane of old and he has great linemates to help him.

Currently, Kane has 9 goals and 13 assists for 22 points in 23 games.

At the moment, the Detroit Red Wings are 27-20-6 and Kane will have to keep playing as he is, along with teammates like Larkin, if they hope to make the playoffs.
