Corey Perry hushes haters with silky move

The Edmonton Oilers faced a tough, must-win scenario in game 4 against the Florida Panthers as they faced elimination.

The Oilers pulled through with a dominating performance, not only winning but proving a point scoring 8 goals to the Panthers' 1.

A key factor in game 4 was surprisingly Oilers forward Corey Perry, who found himself scratched several times throughout this years playoffs; but he truly hushed the haters up.

With only two points in this years playoffs with a total of 16 games played, concerns truly began to rise. Perry was not the only one struggling to produce as several Oilers, including their stars were dealing with the same struggle- until game 4.

Perry showcased his leadership on the teams top line, following his insertion back into the lineup and he made it count.

Perry's patience truly showed to feed his teammate which ended up being a beautiful Dylan Holloway goal. His ice time was just above 13 minutes, his second-highest minute total throughout the entire 2023-24 playoffs.
