Alex DeBrincat Meets His New Team: Shares Words About Chicago & More
Alex DeBrincat Is officially a Ottawa Senator, and as a Blackhawks fan it is painful to say that each time. 24 year old Alex DeBrincat had two back to back 40 goal seasons in Chicago and made for the perfect wing partner aside Patrick Kane! Unfortunately the Chicago Blackhawks are entering a full on rebuild approach to the upcoming years, and expiring contract DeBrincat does not fit on those rebuild plan as the Blackhawks are not interested in a long term-high salary pay, although DeBrincat is deserving of a pay day.
Alex DeBrincat Is sure not playing with no Patrick Kane on his wing in Ottawa, but he is playing on a line with veteran Claude Giroux and recently broken out rookie Tim Stutzle. Some have said DeBrincat's success has only came due to the fact that he plays alongside arguably the best playmaker in the game (Patrick Kane) but the cat holds his own skills and is individually a amazing player.
DeBrincat was introduced to the Sens management for the first time, and the smile on his face cannot be beat!
DeBrincat mentions how different a Canadian team (Ottawa) is from Chicago, he commented on how he saw junior hockey signs throughout his trip in Canada all over- and how amazing it is the game of hockey is advertised everything.. unlike Chicago.
