BREAKING: NHL Player Safety Hands Out a Questionable Suspension
In last nights Toronto Maple Leafs vs Los Angeles Kings game, Leafs forward Pierre Engvall laid a nasty high stick towards a Kings forwards neck in a dangerous way, which got him an ''intend to injure match penalty''.
Fans and NHL reporters immediately called for the NHL player safety committee to take a look at this incident as it's clearly dangerous, and discipline should be given.
The NHL player safety committee has revealed they are handing Engvall a one game suspension, yes, one game for taking a shot at somebody's neck in a dangerous way.
The NHL player safety committee continues to be unpredictable, and it seems as if they flip a coin each and every time they come up with a punishment sentence.
