The Blackhawks visited Carolina last night and their dreadful offensive play seemed to appear again after great success against Columbus. The Blackhawks were shut out again for the second time against Carolina this season.
The Hawks defense was also super shaky as they allowed 49 shots on goal, which is the most the Hawks have allowed since May of 2021. The Hawks got off to a sluggish start and couldn't catch up to the speedy game of Carolina. We'll see if the Hawks can get the offense going again Thursday night against St. Louis.
