It was a very special moment for 23 year-old Jaxon Stauber. The son of former NHL goaltender Rob Stauber, his son Jaxon followed in his dad's footsteps and made his NHL debut Saturday night vs the St Louis Blues.
Stauber wouldn't disappoint, making 29 saves on 32 shots to lead the Blackhawks to a 5-3 win with his Mother in attendance.
After the game Stauber would get interviewed and was calm cool and collected, I like this kid. Jaxson Stauber is the first Blackhawks goaltender to start and win his first game since the 2018 season.
