In a surprising turn of events, KHL team Metallurg Magnitogorsk has revealed a series of contract extensions, and among them is the Chicago Blackhawks' right-wing prospect, Roman Kantserov.
The 19-year-old has inked a two-year deal, securing his presence in Russia until the culmination of the 2025-26 season.
This unexpected development means that the highly anticipated NHL debut for Kantserov with the Chicago Blackhawks will be delayed.
