Coyotes First Round Pick Suffers Scary Injury in Camp After Taking Huge Hit

The Arizona Coyotes held two high draft picks ranking 3rd and 11th overall, which those picks were received due to trades taking place in the future- and it's sure paid off, drafting Logan Cooley at 3rd overall and Conor Geekie at 11th overall were true steals for the Arizona Coyotes organization.

Just days after the NHL draft takes place, the draft picks and prospects of the organization take part in a development which showcases prospects talents to see how there progression is doing. Throughout the years we have seen fights, bad blood develop and unfortunately injuries take place at these development camps.
Just 5 days after being drafted 11th overall Coyotes prospect Conor Geekie took a hard hip check from another ''teammate'', and he appeared to be in a uncomfortable amount of pain..
