Coyotes Most Valuable Piece Hints He Wants To Be Traded Quick As Possible

Ever since Chychrun voiced his understandable displeasure of this continuous rebuild the Arizona Coyotes have been on since Shane Doan was a Coyote.

Unfortunately for Chychrun he might be a Coyote for at least three more seasons because of the Coyotes General Manager Bill Armstrong, monster return he wants for Chychrun.

Chychrun, who has been with the Coyotes organization since 2016-2017 Even then, after the rebuild was announced Chychrun didn't sound happy about it, despite being signed on with the Coyotes for the next 3 years.

When Chychrun was recently interviewed he was asked if "he'd be ok if he's not traded before the season?" :

"I don't know. I'm signed for 3 more years. The trajectory of where the team is going & a lot of that stuff is important to me. I want to be in a position where I'm getting to play a week from now, not packing up."

According to Craig Morgan there is a hangup in the Chychrun trade talks. Reportedly, Chychrun has a small number of teams who he would consider moving to. Chychrun has reportedly asked Bill Armstrong to trade him to one of those teams, which is interesting given his Modified-NTC on his current contract doesn't kick in until 2023-2024.
