Drunk referee caught on camera likely to be fired after smashing face on the boards and leaving game
This is most definitely embarrassing for the ref in this video:
As you can see in the video, it seemed that this ref had an issue with either his partner or one of the teams/coaches. Either way, he was definitely upset with something, and there couldn't be a worse way for him to exit the ice.
He took a nice punch to the face from the boards, who proved to be a worthy opponent. I don't know what is worse, though, the face into the boards or the fact that the fans were laughing at him afterwards.
