Fans Are Furious After Mackinnon Lies To Entire Organization
Nathan Mackinnon has recently revealed he feels he is entitled to at least as much money as Mcdavid earns on a yearly salary! MacKinnon, a forward for the Colorado Avalanche, is reportedly expecting a HUGE pay raise, and Colorado Hockey Now's Adrian Dater claims that MacKinnon wants to be the highest-paid player in the NHL. He won't any longer accept a pay reduction.
Mackinnon's official statement from the past:
«We have guys that we wouldn't (otherwise) be able to bring in,» MacKinnon said. «On my next deal, I'll take less again. Because I want to win with this group.»
Well, Avalanche fans can expect to see multiple other fan favourites be forced to be traded away, as the Avalanche will not have enough cap-space to give Mackinnon the money he deserves while having players like Nichuskin, Lehkonen, Giard, Josh Manson and others.
MacKinnon is under contract to the Colorado Avalanche for just one more season at a cost of $6.3 mill. MacKinnon is demanding to receive a sizeable raise. However, if MacKinnon believes he deserves more money than the $12.5 mill per year that Mcdavid receives, he may have gone insane.
In the 2013 NHL Entry Draft, MacKinnon went first overall, just like Connor McDavid. With the Avalanche, MacKinnon has appeared in 638 games and has tallied 242 goals and 406 assists.
