Brandon Hagel was quickly turning into a fan favorite before our very eyes. His heart and style of play brought an energy to the Blackhawks that they desperately needed. Hagel was traded to Tampa Bay for quite a large return, including two conditional first round picks and two prospects.
Hagel returned to Chicago Tuesday night and made his presence felt for Tampa Bay. Hagel scored a goal and tallied an assist in a 4-1 Tampa Bay victory.
While trading Hagel wasn't easy, the Blackhawks future is better off with the assets received in return. Hagel has 14 goals and 14 assists in 35 games this season. Do you think the Blackhawks won the Brandon Hagel Trade?
