Chicago Blackhawks Legend Corey Crawford Lists Marvelous $5.5 Million Condo For Sale

Corey Crawford for all intents and purposes is a legend for Blackhawks faithful everywhere. He'd be a key piece in the Blackhawks dynasty that last until 2015, and was promptly dismembered late in 2010s.

Just as his career in Chicago came to a close, he made sure to cash out his investments in the area, as he sold his West Loop Condo in 2021.

He originally bought the Washington Boulevard condo for $4.65 million, six months after it was listed online.

He would later sign with the New Jersey Devils during the 2020 free-agency period and would choose to retire, instead of ever suiting up for the team. With the conclusion of his NHL career instead of staying in the condo, he and his wife Kristy would put the condo up for sale.

The property would later be bought by Khurram Hussein who is listed as the current owner in Cook County Records.

Hussein would not be available for comment when he was reached out to by Crain's.

The listing has a detail of luxurious amenities the owner of the property could experience if they could find a way to shell out the $5.5 million asking price.

The property features an outdoor kitchen, and a west-facing terrace if you like a new view of the city.

While indoors, you can find a retractable wall, if you want to experience the outdoors with little to no resistance.

There's also windows that are floor-to-ceiling, and Corey must've loved golf, as he had a simulator installed on the property.

There's a laundry room, and a staircase that connects both levels of the condo.
