''I'm Kinda Fighting For My Life'' NHL Star Shames Himself For Slow Start to The Season
Ryan O'Reilly has been off to a pretty bad start to begin the year. It is not just him, though. The Blues are sitting at 3-5-0 to begin the year, which is tied for the worst point total in the Western Conference.
Ryan O'Reilly definitely hasn't been playing close to par, though. He has compiled just 1 point in 8 games to begin the year, while also sporting a -11 in the +/- column.
O'Reilly was asked about his performance, and he had this to say:
''I'VE BEEN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE RIGHT NOW. I'M NOT REALLY DOING ANYTHING. I'M KIND OF FIGHTING FOR MY LIFE RIGHT NOW. I'VE GOT TO FIGHT TO STAY IN THIS LEAGUE, I GUESS.''
-RYAN O'REILLY ON HIS SLOW START TO THE SEASON
I want to feel bad for him, but then again, I am a Blackhawks fan.
