Is This Hit By Evander Kane worthy of a Suspension?

Evander Kane gets into the hockey game, and plows Brandon Hagel into the boards. They always said if you can see the numbers, then stop and don't slam that player against the boards. I guess Evander Kane forgot about that little unwritten hockey rule.
