Matthew Barzal Speaks on How Much He Hates NHL Referees
When you think of the New York Islanders and a ''Superstar'', those are not really two things that combine, unless we are talking twenty-five year old Matthew Barzal.
Barzal was recently invited to Las Vegas Nevada for the NHL media weekend where one person got a invite for each NHL team, Crosby, McDavid, Matthews and more superstars took place.
Barzal was one of several players to be interviewed about a specific question, and that question was ''If you could change one thing in the NHL, what would it be?'' Barzal did not waste any time to call out the referees in the NHL, and potentially hockey in specific and even got a little vulgar when speaking.
Barzal said ''I'd like for not so many referees to be on the ice as much, they're always getting in my f*cking way''.
Well, thats one way to put it!
