NHL Makes a Edit to The Blackhawks Schedule
On December 31st, the Blackhawks will take on the Blue Jackets, in Columbus, for a 12pm CT puck-drop, though it was originally scheduled for a 6pm CT start.
This makes sense because 1) it is New Year's Eve, 2) an earlier game will draw a larger crowd, and 3) it is best for fans to leave the stadium at an earlier hour as some people don't make the best decisions in regards to drinking and driving.
Moving the game time up just makes it a safer and more convenient day of hockey for the fans and players.
