Every hockey players goal as a kid growing up was one large thing, to make the NHL. In our time you can now be 18 years old and get drafted into the National Hockey League, where most of those players are still living at home. Mom, dad, grandpa, grandma or any caretaker who has had a child in hockey has sure paid the price, spent the gas money and put in long hours at the rink- the parents should be proud as well!
