Throughout the game of hockey there is many rules that are not stated on the official rulebook but are more so a ''respect factor'' throughout all hockey players, not shooting the puck after the whistle, not hitting/bumping the goalie and many other unwritten rules.

In a recent situation, the unspoken rule of not hitting the goaltender was broken, and broken badly.

So badly that his own team believes he deserves more punishment then what he got, and what he got was quite bad.. jumped by the entire opposing team.

A man in attendance who owns the hockey-tape brand ''Butt Endz'' explained a little further on the situation he experienced in person.

''Great game last last night in Provo. @buttendz x @provopreds Military Appreciation Night Jerseys were er so sick. Great spending time with the Preds during the week. Also, got to kick it with the Spud Kings and my former coach Marty Quarters at the game. Big shout out to the tendy @jeffdreger20 who played great and stayed in the game after this hit.''

The goalie stayed in the game? That is pretty crazy, it goes to show how strong hockey players are compared to other leagues.
