The 2022 NHL Entry Draft is officially over after an excellent weekend of picks trades and surprises. The biggest surprise had to be when Canadiens General Manager Kent Hughes decision to draft Juraj Slafkovsky instead of Shane Wright to the surprise of many.
However, Wright has been starting to show has been receiving some Criticizem of his attitude after dropping down to fourth overall. After what many believed was a bitter dirty luck given to the Montreal Canadiens at the draft to which Wright would later deny.
However this is something something Wright can't deny this weekend Montreal Canadiens first overall pick Juraj Slafkovsky was getting some criticizem by on social media. Some of those comments are very disrespectful and tasteless Shane Wright has liked some of those comments made towards Slafkovsky including "Slafkovsky is the worst first pick since Yak (Nail Yakupov)."
An immature gesture that many denounce and that may explain the exact reason why three teams including the Habs didn't draft Wright in the draft. In the NHL teams want players that have a good head on their shoulders with the right attitude and character especially a franchise like the Montreal Canadiens. Here are some examples of the nasty comments that would have been liked by Shane Wright,
Shane Wright has since deleted his "likes" on these posts, but that's still pretty immature of him you for didn't get drafted first overall forgot about it and move on.
