The Chicago Blackhawks are looking to unload some players and contracts before the trade deadline.
Among those sits Dominik Kubalik.
Looking like a star a couple of years ago, Kubalik has slowed down and just hasn't been productive this year.
Yesterday we heard there's reports indicating there's a strong chance that he'll likely get traded to Edmonton.
So what exactly could the Blackhawks get in return for shipping out Kubalik?
According to Blackhawks' insider Scott Powers of The Athletic, the Blackhawks don't have Kubalik in their long term plans at all and would be willing to accept a second round pick for him and possibly even an early third round pick.
The biggest road block for the Hawks unloading him is that Kubalik has a $4million qualifying offer attached to him this offseason.
Would you be willing to let Kubalik go for a second or early third round pick?
